Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow.– Mary Ann Radmacher
It takes a great deal of courage to come to therapy and you’ve already made a huge step in the right direction. As your therapist, I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to aid you through this difficult time and to continue your journey.
I offer therapy to individuals dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, work stress, relationships, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I have extensive experience in the healthcare setting ranging from working with trauma survivors to working with patients and family members with acute and chronic medical conditions.
